Coming up in less than two weeks is the Half marathon San Blas here in my town of Coamo, Puerto Rico. This year, around 1,000 national and international athletes from 20 countries and 250,000 spectators will visit Centro del Universo, Coamo, Puerto Rico, to enjoy a real long-distance competition, the San Blas Half Marathon. The 21.0975 kilometers of this event offers competitors and spectators a sample of what the town of Coamo and its history are all about. It is also a way to experience the warmth of our Coamo folk, with the slogan “Come to Coamo and you will love it like I do”. There will be over a thousand Scooters, Motorcycles, Trikes, offroad vehicles and ATV's out on the road on Feb. 5th. Also the Puerto Rican Police will be out in full force. Usually they confiscate a huge number of scooters that do not have valid paperwork or insurance. I cannot wait.lol The night before the marathon everybody who has a scooter or motorcycle ride all night long on the route that the runners will be running the next day. I will be out there taking pictures of all the awesome scooters and hopefully post them online the next day! here is a video that someone recorded of an earlier year! did your helmet cam come in yet? NO!!!!!!!!  I am so mad i paid for priority shipping and i just got a notification this morning that he shipped it today. So i highly doubt i will get it by Saturday I checked the tracking number and so far all it says is that electronic shipping info received So i doubt he has taken the package to the post office. He wont be getting a good review. |

aww man that sux, how are you going to get videos now?!¿¡ looks like i am screwed. might have to wait till next year I just checked the tracking number and it still hasnt been shipped all it says is electronic info received which means they created a shipping label but have no taken it to the post office. other wise it would have said Accepted at postal office. they are getting a negative review big time! |

Well take a lot of regular pics then. You can always get a decent amount of usable images for a travel post. It sounds like a great time with lots of photo ops...have fun and be safe! Rich

can you believe that it still has not been actually shipped?? here is the tracking number 9405510200883278201098 for usps and so far since January 31st all it says is that electronic info received. Well my fault for not ordering sooner. |

i have had my last few usps tracking numbers not show anything until they go to san juan. Not that i think yours will make it here by tomorrow. USPS tracking sucks, but it is the best way to send anything here for cheap.

idk tvnacman shipped me stuff using usps and it shows more detail on tracking then fed ex lol. usps shows every sorting location that its at, and the next one its on its way to, then it shows the time it gets to each stop. fed ex all it would tell me is that shipping departed and its on schedule. it said that untill it got to florida. atleast it made it though.

I guess the tracking number never updated on its way here. I will post pics of it when it arrives and see how it works. |

OMG the marathon was insane! I got lots of videos but i will upload them on youtube tomorrow. I filled up my gas tank 5 times today with the amount of riding i was doing! and the best part was no problems with my scooter. Ran just fine! We ended up skipping out on the actual marathon and about me and 500 other scooters and motorcycles went to Ponce, PR to LA GUANCHA which is this boardwalk it was jam packed. Look for my vids and pictures tomorrow
