My 2008 MC-54b, replaced thermostat, still runs hot but fan does go on. When it cools down, I take off the rediator cap and it sprays like a shook can of pop when opened. Could the radiator be plugged or why so much pressure built up? something is not right,,, any suggestions? Thinking of taking out the radiator and replacing it. thanks for any help

Does your scoot have a water pump? Maybe that's not working. I'm sure the pressure is just from over heating. If you have a water pump try taking off the out flow hose and see if its pumping out water.

Try squeezing hoses while it's cold and see if the level drops. BMW used to put bleeders on their cars heating systems to alleviate air bubbles.

I would put scoot on center stand, take cap off and let set for a few hours, then check it. sometime it takes a long time for those air bubbles to work themselves out.
