You need to adjust your valves, they are tight looseing compression and they will die as soon as the rpms drop. Adjust your TOP INTAKE VALVE to .004 inchs and BOTTOM EXAHUST VALVE to .005 inches. Alleyoop

clean carb really good, adjust air/fuel mixture, then add sea foam to your tank.
Allyoop, gave you great advice....valves are the culprit about 85% of the time. At least you can check that off and move to the next thing..carb cleaning.

Let me ask this question, when you first start it does it IDLE or do you have to keep giving it throttle to keep it running? If it does Idle when cold does it want to DIE after about 5 minutes or so? Alleyoop

Yes, BC, that is what I am thinking that the ENRICHER is not working but need specific answers. As you know some problems can be caused by multiple things and getting details on how and when the crap hits the fan helps pinpoint the problem or problems. Alleyoop

Thanks, but before I asked about my problem, I clean carb, adjusted pilot screw, replaced enricher. After your advice, I adjusted valves. No result. Now details: when I first start I have to keep giving it throttle to keep it running, stop throttle it- engine is die. When engine is warmed- same, no idle. If I'm driving on the street I have no problems: good power, everything is working perfect, but if I stop on the light, engine die immediately. One more thing- now I can't start engine by remove control, it's not working. Do you have any idea what happened?

Have you just tried raiseing the IDLE since it will idle with a little throttle it may need just a little higher RPM. 250s usually like to IDLE around 2000 rpms. Alleyoop

I tried it. But, after 80 miles driving, the engine cut out again. After that, I can't start my engine again. By the way, when I was driving last time, I felt that my scooter lost power little bit, and temperature was over normal. When I checked spark, it was very poor. I replaced the ignition coil, nothing change. What can I do else?

Are you sure you adjusted the FUEL RATIO MIXTURE? I cannot believe it did not help. Also if you have to give it some throttle to keep it going You either did NOT adjust the Carb Correctly or the Valves correctly. Now if you turn the IDLE SPEED screw CLOCKWISE it should raise your idle JUST LIKE TWISTING THE THROTTLE.
Take a picture of your carb and tell me WHICH screws you say you adjusted.
The Fuel Ratio Screw is By the INTAKE MANIFOLD side and when adjusting it you want to get the HIGHEST IDLE when adjusting it. Alleyoop
