No mud bugs are Crawdads, succulent crustaceans. Crayfish are something y'all fish with.  |

Um....you're from Chicago? There are no fresh "daddys" up there. In B'ham we get fresh ones up from the gulf. Unzip and dip a platter:
You must walk away slightly inebriated and so full you can't drive or you failed. They come boiled in different flavors and sometimes grilled. They are "mydee fyun" as my Cajun friend says. He has a boil on the lake every year. It's just a disgusting example of human depravity in which a great time is had by all.
