I have heard the 32mm cards are hard to tune. Or cold be the source f a rough idle.
What is your idle speed/rpm?

I would go with a flat slide Mikuni..but they are an expensive way to get a bit more power and be prepared to mess with jets for a few weeks to get it tuned in
I would look at up-gearing the tran
There are A15 around, but you may have use titanium valve springs...certainly NCY makes them...but they aren't cheap.

Hey thumper, How does that sucker run with the 8.2 stroker crank? Can you put up a Video of it running I just went with a 60mm stroker crank which is 2+2 and the 62bbk. Alleyoop

I have to agree about the mikuni i have the 32mm flatside and from what i am told they are great but not easy to tune. i plan on running one on my new build. as for the valve springs i love them have them on both my scooters
