I have a RunMaster Scooter with a 150cc motor it starts fine and will idle but if I turn the throttle the slightest it kills. Any advice would be appreciated.

Check for AIR LEAKS check you intake manifold if it is an older scoot it could have cracks and sucking in air. Also check for cracks on the Air Filter tubeing etc, any extra air will cause the problem. If all is nice and tight no air leaks then adjust your fuel ratio mixture screw now that it is getting cooler it needs more fuel.
