I have a 2004 50cc 2stroke scooter the title says Lifan and on the side of the scooter it says Dolphin. I am missing the coil and plug wire but I don't know witch engine I have any help?

it is a Horizontal motor. it a moped, twist and go, step thru. Kind of like your MOW-POWER but not as fancy LOL

HAHAHA, ok it appears for the motor type look on the LEFT side of the motor right below the CVT it hopefully will have the motor stamped on the engine case:

Justbuggin, yes I am farily sure it is China made the first letters in the VIN# i think indicate it is made in China. LYXTABPW330000004
But I am new to the china scooter world I'm more of the Cushman, Mustang, and later Honda rides LOL Then I truned 40 and bought a HD but now I'm 60 and starting over I think.........

What I have is a 2stroke dry crankcase. There isn't a plate or flat place even on the engine for a number, that I can find on eather side. I'm stumped. I when ahead and ordered a coil/plug wire that looks like it has the right wires on it maybe i can get to work will be here Fri.

Good Morning Forum, been down sick lately, sorry so long getting back at y'all Alleyoop, Teddy554 and the rest of y'all. Ok i finely found this number on the scooter it was on the outside of the belt housing on the side by the rear axle. My 7yr old grandson found it for me, LOL had to remove the rear wheel just to read it all.

I'll get my parts ordered and maybe right after Christmas I can get it going. My little 50cc 4stroke is holding up good and I am very empressed with how these little bikes prefrom. But with 4 grandkids and 3 of them boys the 1 girl says Papa the boys want let me ride, lol their not good at sharing I can see I'm going to have to get two more to make everyone happy.

HAHAHA, yea the boys just love that stuff, so yea maybe another little scoot is in the cards.
When my granddaughters come they always ask to give them a ride on my Trike and naturally I always do.
