About time someone said something nice about Chinese bikes. I only wonder what Kawasaki thinks of it.

I really like the 650 TR that's based on the NK platform. From what I've read it has a more relaxed riding position and saddlebags:

I'd take either. If I bought the NK a windshield and soft bags would follow.

its still a china communist bike, built by the generals who know they are not regulated be cause we need them to purchase our T notes every afternoon.
I like to dream too, but experience has taught me a china wet dream is a dumb dream.
It cost money to get a good bike. even when it is built by starving the folks who built it against the living wage of another country.
start saving now, or spend a fortune in personal time keeping the thing running.
You wanna get laid. get relaxed, get chilled or spend a lifetime in the garage, if you got one.
I wanna get laid, i want to have time to enjoy the few years earth life as a mammal gives.
sounds UN fair i know.
but fairness has not a thing to do with it,
collusion between senators and congressmen who make more money farming out exchange to slave labor then to jobs for your your kids does.
Real things cost real money or our jobs.
I predict, this bike is another china heart breaker.
Only time will tell
Sorry if i woke any one up, but a gy 6 is one thing, a high speed motor cycle from slave labor is another, you remember Jefferson and all that big word stuff?.

I must say I always enjoy the china-slave labor rant. I must agree that the lack of regulation causes the powers that be to run roughshod over the worker.
That being said I have yet to meet anyone with clean hands. It's hard to imagine anyone who honestly belives that they own nothing made in china in this day and age.
"real things cost real money or our jobs". Sounds like the sort of union rhetoric that brought us inferior products at inflated prices. But thats ok when all else fails they look to be bailed out by those same congressmen and senators. Hmmm
Why is it it's one thing to buy a slave built gy6 but another to buy a slave built high speed bike ? Is it any less userius to the worker ? Confusing or just plain confused.
I'm sorry if I woke anyone up. The emperor has no clothes

Sorry. If the NK was built by some third rate outfit like BMS or Xingyue I would agree, but it's not. As anyone who has owned a CF Moto can tell you they put together real products from real parts. Read this! www.cycleworld.com/2013/01/10/iomtt-chinese-manufacture-debut-campaign-in-2013/Sounds like a serious effort to me for a "Wet Dream". Oh, and the alternative to this bike is built in Japan, not Milwaukee or Spirit Lake, Iowa. My kids would have a heck of a time commuting to Hamamatsu.
