See what did I tell you it has a pump, It will work just fine just a different type carb. 99% of the scoots do not come with a carb with a pump they come with like the one your going to buy. Alleyoop

ok... thats refreshing news... but here is my concern... if you look closely.. most of the carbs i look at have this yellow wire coming off of them... i know the green and yellow go to the choke(enricher) what does the yellow go to and how would i make it work?

What yellow wire? The enricher has TWO WIRES and it just plugs into the harness plug. Alleyoop

Looks like the ENRICHER HAS 3 wires two green and one yellow. So the yellow most likely you can just wrap it up with black electrical tape. You can plug it in and leave the lone yellow alone and start the scoot and see if the ENRICHER EXTENDS out. Must be for different harness that has the plug from the harness as two grounds and the yellow for the live single plug. Tell you the truth I have never seen an ENRICHER with 3 wires. Alleyoop

That one has the pump just like yours so that would be plug and play time. Alleyoop

COOL, good luck, Remember take the enricher off and lay it on it side, cover the hole with your thumb and start the motor. The plunger should start to EXTEND OUT within a few minutes if it DOES NOT EXTEND it is bad. Also after idleing the ENRICHER SHOULD BE WARM TO LITTLE HOT. Alleyoop

It did NOT EXTEND. Was the ENRICHER HOT AND OR WARM at the touch? If it is getting juice the ENRICHER it should be warm or hot. Alleyoop

Test the plug that the enricher plugs into WITH THE MOTOR RUNNING see if it is LIVE.
As for the weights you can go down to 12s or 13s that will give you more rpms. Alleyoop
