Wow..I gotta say that the question should be rephrased.. What would stop me from obeying the law? Start making stupid reqs to stop me from riding, and I would start devising cheats around them. make a bike seat belt law and i would make a shirt with a seat belt logo on it so it looks like I'm wearing a seat belt. Make an inspection law that I felt was just an attempt to stop the ride, then I would make an inspection sticker that looked like a valid inspection sticker. (but you didn"t hear that from me)
