I have a Roketa MC07-150 and it ran perfect until recently when im cruising along and it looses power and sounds much more throaty. it will never die just looses a lot of power until I release the throttle and you can hear somethinig through the exhaust not pop like my valves arent adjusted but pop like something is restricting the exhaust. After it has its little deal you will hear it clear and then everything is back to normal. Sometimes though by releasing the throttle the problem will still be there and i will have to shut it off and when I do you can hear the pop/gurgle. I fire it up and everything is perfect. Any ideas?
**Sounds just like one of those poppers you can set on the counter and you press inside out and it pops up into the air.

You my be running too lean check your vacuum line and intake clamps
