I recently bought 2x Roketa MC-01 150cc scooters, for around 400$ I think, 08 I believe. Was told they would not start, one had a key, the other did not. The one with the key I had running in under a day, however, I cannot get the blinkers to work, or the bright light switch. Lights work, brake lights work, RPM guage works. I can feel / hear the blinker switch contacts connect and when I took it off the bar, I was able to get them to work intermittently, but now I cannot get anything, even with the other switch assembly from the 2nd Scooter. Now I have all the plastics off and I do not see any obvious grounds, and I cannot really say if the blinker mechanism is working or not. Anyone have any experience or advice here? Thanks so much!

whoah! wait a minute, wait for what jct has got to say. he told me before that blinkers are illegal and you can be jailed or even worse face the judge when you're caught using your blinkers.
i immediately removed all the wires and blinkers in my scooter in the fear of being put behind bars. i believe in what jct said, check your local DMV if those light blinkers are legal in your state.
