Sorry to say that R/R is not regulating right, I would attempt to order from a reputable dealer and not go for the cheapest R/R you can find. Even though ALL are made in CHINA some Distributors order from more quality controlled factories over there. But it really is a shot in the dark to tell you the truth. Alleyoop That regulator he got from me , it had high charging voltage on my 150cc , but my 150cc had more of a dc load and a larger battery . It overcharged to about 16vdc and would drop when I hit the brakes . He needs to add some load , either extra dc lighting or ballast resistors . Even with high charging voltage we are headed in the right direction . I did suggest swapping the yellow and white wires and see what happens . John
