That regulator he got from me , it had high charging voltage on my 150cc , but my 150cc had more of a dc load and a larger battery . It overcharged to about 16vdc and would drop when I hit the brakes . He needs to add some load , either extra dc lighting or ballast resistors . Even with high charging voltage we are headed in the right direction . I did suggest swapping the yellow and white wires and see what happens .
