As you all know i have 2 units of galaxy blue 2006 Yamaha Morphous, one that i regularly use and one that is inside my living room stripped off it's plastics in preparation for it's modification it has 2,400miles on it, Unfortunately, wife has been complaining and wants the second morphous out of the house and sold. it has all the tupperware(complete) i bought it for $500
i just want my money back. AND you are responsible for the shipping.

Well it has to be worth $500 if it runs. Man I hate to deal with the plastics, some one will pick it up. I think it would look good as a little trike for around town.

If it is any thing like a majesty it is almost impossible to get the fuel pump out. The frame is clamshelled over the gas tank and and it has to come out to get to the fuel pump. You have to split the frame. The recall on majestys paid almost $2000 to the dealer to split the frame and remove the gas tank to get the fuel pump out. Luke says it is a simple repair......it is if it is all apart but takes many hours and you have to split the frame and take millions of parts off first. Thats why it is so expensive of a repair.

May very well be but the plastic is off and when it is done you can get 100,000 miles on it.

once the plastic is off then the real fun begins. If it was easy it would have been done long ago. I have had the plastic off mine and can see how much more work it would be to split the frame on a majesty and it looks like it would be easier just to pull the engine and weld up a new frame.

who said my 2nd morph is not running?? it's running like hell...it's just it doesnt have battery and gas,cause i needed to put it inside the house...
you only needed to remove the underseat storage, 8 bolts,then you can access the fuel pump(another 8bolts). my goodness, it only shows that jct only knows how to ride and doesn't know anything about DIY's.. what are you talking about cutting the chassis into half??? oh lordy. now i proved that age is not directly proportional to wisdom..hahaha! you need to start eating rice...lol

you said it is not running. have you ever done a top end over haul? twin cams, 4 valves, shim valve adjustments? all I said is if a morph is any thing like a majesty you have to split the frame to get the gas tank out to service the fuel pump that you said was clogged up. I have no intention in pulling up a morph schematic to evaluate a repair that you said it needed.

Again I say if it was easy it would have been done by now and you would have been advertising it for $2000 more than the $500 you want. a $50 battery and a tank of gas and an hour and a half to put the crap ware back and you loose 2 grand? some thing stinks/

my morph for sale is immaculate and virgin, has been ridden but never been touched(raped)
engine is superb never been opened, hymen is still intact so to speak. lol
2,400miles... fairly new. original tires are still thick.
if nobody's interested id prolly put in ebay for 10k im sure jay leno will be interested to buy it.


but hey where is the harley lover? he pm'd me this morning and didnt get back to me, that guy is cheap, a super low baller. he probably got embarrassed.. haha, i told him i wont sell it to him cuz he's lambasting my morph since day one, same as that dealer guy, flooding my inbox.
