hiya just want to say this is my first post and love the site out of all scooter related forums this one is by far the best.
Ive been having problems starting my scooter. after reading all other peoples problems and your help for them Ive managed to get the thing running again, it starts on the button every time. in the end I think it was the valves that needed adjusting and the timing was out. but now when it runs it has a straing sound coming from the fly wheel and ware the transmission belt is as well.
Ive added a video of me starting and running the bike at the beginning of it starting you will hear a strange sq-reeking noise then other problems I think.
bike model is a baotain Monza 125
if you could help that would be great

Thanks ill have them changed .I was consernd about that the fly wheel sounds as well. All the blades on the fan had been broken as well which I have replaced do you think I have over heated the engine .
There is supposed to be a PLASTIC SHROUD around the FAN BLADE. Do you run it that way with out the PLASTIC COVER to direct the air under it and cool the motor?
I did hear some knocking so yes you may have damaged the motor if you have been riding it without that shroud around the fan. Alleyoop
