I was driving my 150cc on the high way for about 10mins and then it just loss power and now it only gos about 30mph, I changed the belt but it does the same thing can anyone help thanks  |

A vacuum line fell off somewhere. Start the scoot and listen for a hissing noise.

Yup, or a tear in the diaphram in the carb.. Just my best guess.
