I have a chinese scooter 49cc my problem is I don't have power to my turn signals, brake lights, tack, horn or dash lights but I do have head lights and tail lights. I have looked there are not any blown fuses bad connections or melted wires. I was told it maybe the regulator in the interment cluster I don't have a charging problem so I am not sure. Any help would be great thank you Matt

Well the things you do not have power to come straight from the battery. Did you replace the Fuse coming off the Positive post of the battery it is on a thin RED wire. The fuse MAY look good but some are bad. The only way to PROVE it is good is to test BOTH sides of the fuse for 12vs. If it has 12vs on both sides then you will have to check at the IGNITION switch and check usually a black wire when you turn the KEY ON it feeds the black wire the 12v to light up and send juice to the ones that are NOT currently working.
