This all started when i got my "complete variator" from scrappy. It came with everything BUT the washer and it was at that point i didnt pay much attention to it btw...So the washer i got from ace was the only one that fit inside the recessed area and had a large enough hole to go on the shaft. Im not sure if it is thick enough. When mine sits in the recess its not quite flush with the top. Is it thick enough or should a find a thicker one or add another? Attachments:

Does not matter if it is FLUSH with the INDENT of that piece THE IMPORTANT thing is that NO SPLINES ARE SHOWING PAST THAT PIECE IF SO the WASHER MUST go ovet the Splines that are forward of that piece so that the NUT does NOT TIGHTEN on the SPLINES but on the WASHER. Alleyoop  |

Alleyoop Sorry folks, AS PRESIDENT I could only muster a 1.5 percent Social Security raise, I tried but got out voted. But now you can buy those weights that you always wanted and not have to do this to help your scoot along.  At Least it is better than no raise:  Alleyoop |
