??? I need knowledge. I hope you can help. Here's the run down of what I have: 1.1p57qmj motor (stock internals) 2. 32mm CVK Carb 130 jet with performance manifold 3. 12 gram variator rollers 4. No rev limit CDI 5. Gates main drive belt 6. NGK Iridium plug 7. Upgraded Pipe, straight through 8. Stock fuel pump 9. Uni foam filter 10.upgraded variator from MosterGY6.com 11. Eliminated the CARB stuff 12. I swapped the final drive gear to because I was tached out and only achieved 45mph. I had full travel on the belt.
So the problem is I can only achieve 7000 rpm at about 50mph. I'm 225lbs. It can spool out on the center stand. I'm thinking I need to change my variator rollers to something smaller. But at the same time I know not many put such a large carb on a non-bbk. Or could it be a jet problem? I've adjusted the the air fuel ratio and it seems good. Also, it's broken in and has had valve adjustments. WOT seems to bog but not lose speed and doesn't gain it either. Can't figure this crap out for the life of me. Any ideas?????????

WOW!! A 32mm carb with a 130 main jet not even the 250s have that big of a carb and main jet. Your problem is to much fuel you could try leaving the 32mm carb and down jet quite a bit. Just stock a 32mm puts out a lot of fuel. For what you have which is basically a stock motor, I would try 115, 117, 120 main jet. Alleyoop

What gearing did you put in by the way. To tall of gears will lower you rpms as well. Alleyoop

In addition to the above with stock internals you have lost the Intake Velocity of the stock carb. Way over intaked and carbureted. You need the velocity to help atomize the fuel air mix better. that 32mm is just dumping big drops in there I don't think you will ever get it to run correctly with that set-up. I recommend you just jet the stock carb,
