Were is that Rabbit??? I know he went to Florida and got in a fight with a Slot Machine... Did he win? I guess we will know if he gets a new Harley Trike when he gets back. Could be he lost his clothes from the Wild Cats Hide!! Well I guess now he will have to come on and let us know, I was going to ride down to meet him but not feeling up to the days ride, Florida is a long state. Well I just hope Alley has a great time and a safe trip home...

YO, I is back, Had a great time , got in Thursday at 6:00pm rented a car and drove to the Seminole Hollywood Hard Rock Casino, Beautiful place and huge. We were unpacking and our room phone rang and it was my son and his wife and they were down in the front lobby where you check in. We dropped everything and went down to meet them. Since it was 8:00 we went and got something to eat. Then of course we all gambled a little and then went to the bar and knocked down a few(HEHE).

Friday we ordered in breakfast and then called the Valet to bring the car around and we took A1A which runs along the EAST coast all the way down to Miami Beach. Now when we left it was 78 degrees and as we drove South the Temp kept rising by the time we got to Miami Beach it was 90 degrees. But since we were along the Ocean with a cool breeze blowing you would not know it was 90.
We haven't been down to Miami Beach in about 50years and WOW!! it is so different, restaurants all along OCEAN Drive one right next to each other and they were PACKED inside and outside. We wanted to park and go into one but cars where parked on both sides of the street and no parking to be had.

On our way back we ran into a DOWNPOUR it was around 3:00 pm around Hollywood it was coming down so hard you could not see the car in front of you we went through it and sunshine again.
We then gambled some more and around 7:00 my son and his wife came down and again we went to get some chow. And afterward the same gambled some and knocked down a few.

Saturday we ordered in breakfast and then my son and his wife picked us up and took us to show us their Townhouse in Miramar only about 15 minutes away. They opened their xmas presents that we have mailed ahead of time and we did as well. They are good bar tenders so they mixed us some drinks and we had a great time. Then we came back we had reservations at the Council Steakhouse and ordered some monster steaks at $49.00 each and knocked down a few there. That one cost me just under $600.00(HAHA). But when we take out any of my sons and theirs I always pick up the tab. Then again more gambling and more drinks and just had a great time.

Sunday again they came down and we were laying around the pool since we had to leave for the Airport at 4:00 for a 6:45 flight back to Chi Town. All in all a FANTASTIC time with my younger son and his wife.

All this time my wife and I were up and down gambling and only lost around $1,500.00 so we came back with a snit load of money that we took and expected to loose(HAHA).
Sure hated to come back from those 80+ temps, here in CHI it was -1 wind chill when we stepped out of O'Hare airport to get our limo.

My Brother-in law and his wife are looking to buy a Condo in Fort Mayer right on the beach to go down every year and we told them we would rent it from them for a month or two every year not a problem(HEHE). So we may not move there but we will be visiting every year to see our younger son and his wife. We will have to find a Casino on the GULF SIDE.

Cool Al... I think Fort Myers is about a 5 hour ride on the Silver Wing from my place so you will have company. LOL We had a couple cool days here from that cold front and I got a bad cold for 2 days now. Is back in the 80 Thursday so that is cool...

Hey Bud, hope your feeling better.
Yea we have our fingers crossed that they buy a Condo on the Gulf Side(HEHE). Tuesday was his birthday so we took him and his wife out for din din and gave him his present and a gag gift which we always get one another on our birthdays(HEHE).

He said it would have to be ON THE BEACH, because both of us cannot walk very far. He said what is the point if you have to walk 2 blocks or so to get to the beach. I told him yea he would have to walk it in his shorts.

Well your right... We only wear jeans a few days out of the yea. Now if I am riding on a long trip like out of state I will wear jeans and long shirt and head gear with full shield to protech me from the sun. Next summer when you come down you can ride the Silver Wing trike
