Great, now no spark could be a bad ground wire from the FRAME TO THE MOTOR or you have the KILLSWITCH NOT ON THE RUN POSITION, or if your scoot has a sidestand killswitch it must be up.
Now since it was running before it has to be something simple you did not do anything else by the motor right. you just touched the front part of the scoot so I suspect the KillSwitch is no in the run position. Alleyoop

Got it fixed it was the brake button, plus the coil was sparking but it was very weak so change out coil with new one and started right up, all lights are now working, and headlight is too. Thanks guys.

NEED HELP AGAIN ALLEYOOP Got it running last week took it to get gasup and came back to the house turn it off, and turn the key to the off position went in the house, and on the weekend I was so sick with the flu i could not even get up to go see why I kept smelling gas in the garage so found out a week later, now the battery is dead because I had a hot wire I guess that kept pulling on the engine and kill my battery. So recharge the battery and the scooter starts up ok but now the scooter does not turnoff at all turn my key to the off position the bike didn't turn off or the kill switch didn't kill the engine either. the only way I was able to turn off the bike was to pull one of the coil wires off of it to kill the engine. I pull the fuse it didn't do anything for the bike my headlight was on very high, and the brake light also. but once I took out the fuse the headlight and brake light went down to normal brightness . I don't know what the H I did but I am Not good with electric on anything. can anyone tell me what the H I did to the scooter now?

No Spark could be several things, here is the way you get spark: The stator feeds the CDI, then the Pickup Coil sends the signal to release the Voltage to the Coil then the coil builds up the voltage and sends it down the coil wire to the boot cap which is connected to the plug. Also if the motor is not grounded to the frame OR the Killswitch is grounding out the CDI then no spark. To test some of these things you need a MULTI METER. Now the CDI being grounded out you can Pull the KILLWIRE off the CDI to eliminate the CDI being grounded. The Stator Power wire can be tested as the PICK UP COIL but again you need a multi meter. Alleyoop See the KILLWIRE you can take that out from the CDI to eliminate the CDI being grounded. You can use a small screwdriver to get in there and move the tab that locks it in. Or you can cut it and then re-splice it back together.

alleyoop, here is my problem now after I got it running , now i cant leave the fuse in the scooter my headlight and brake lights stay on all the time. So if I go to start the scooter I have to put the fuse in the fuse holder to start the scooter, after I get it started with the fuse in I have to pull out the fuse or my lights stay on all the time. But when I am riding the scooter and have to put on the brakes my headlight and tail light go's dim. like theres a short some where but I dont know were to start looking. So Like I said if I turn the scooter off with the kill switch, the head and tail lights stay on even if I turn the key to the off postion.

So on your scooter the Headlights and your tail lights are running off the battery I am sure if you press the horn button with the key off it will work. So it points to the IGNITION switch that is always making 12v contact. The way it works is the FUSED wire goes to the IGNITION and when you turn the KEY ON it MAKES CONTACT with a BLACK WIRE that feeds the system that needs it with the KEY ON FROM the battery. Maybe you can squirt some WD-40 into the KEY SWITCH and work it a little and see if it cleans the contacts inside to disengage the 12v from the BLACK wire. Alleyoop

this sounds like a faulty ground ,,had very similar problems with a couple of bikes same stuff,, crazy symptoms all over the place as the juice seeks ground where ever it can find it
