Well that should be more than enough I would tweak the fuel screw really. A #35 is what 24mm carbs come with on the 150cc scoots, yours is stock it will dump to much fuel in there. More fuel will just flood the poor thing. Alleyoop

ya Ive already been dealing with a "FLOODING" problem lately thanks to the main jet, so ok cool Well I think that's it for this portion of my forum then. Three cheers to you for your help Everything on the moped is being slowly pieced back together properly. Got done filling the battery with distilled water, was a little low in the battery and gave it a full 4 hour trickle charge. its got some cranking amps now! Maybe after I get it put back together decent, I'll take a photo and upload it for my avatar like you all . I'll help out others too if I can, if that's cool on here. Thanks for letting me participate in the forum and all your helpful info! Take care Sir!

A rare problem with these symptoms occurs if the RECTIFIER is faulty. This loads the motor via the alternator . The small motor will not accelerate, but sounds if it trying. Simply unplug the rectifier and if the problem goes away, a new rectifier will solve the problem. When cleaning the main jet, ensure the jet has no white corrosion inside the orifice. Symptoms will be coming up in revs, then dropping back as the fuel lowers in the atomiser. Hope these help someone.

If it revs and doesn't move , then it's prob a clutch issue but it's def in the cvt if the rpms go up high and it doesn't move

I'm not a scooter mechanic but recently could not get my scooter to start and while scratching my head foud a bees nest inside the muffler I would check to see if your muffler is clogged with something once I cleaned the exhaust pipe started right up and a few adjustments on carburetor was running great again
