Ducati is awsome,,,ever ride one?,,,,they are crazy good,,,i love em,,,hell to work on but when they're running right man they are a joy !!!!!! if i don't pull the trigger on the dorsoduro ,,,i may build a 848 supermoto street fighter,,there's a couple rippin around the town,,,one is done just perfectly,,,like factory,,,it is the perfect canyon weapon,,,,,,,,,

Worked with Pegwoorm on the 1098.
Developed the Piston's for his 09 campaign.
Sexy Bike does not do them justice.
Also ran with Kipp when he rode for Ferracci
Nothing can compare to going to dinner with Farracci at a Italian restaurant.
OMG felt sorry for the Chef and waitress.

I'm 60, I rode a friends Ducati when I was 26 and we were imbibing some liquid made from the agave plant. He insisted I ride the thing and I got on it and hit the go handle. I remember getting back alive and thinking big cc slab cruisers might get me through some decades, not that freakin' carrier launch. I had some Harleys and Kawis and Suzukis. I'll never forget that damn thing though! I really can't tell you what model it was....you know age and all, and agave tea. Had nothing to do with the mesquite....and the worm. Yeah, I got the worm, or so I'm told. Rich

Hey, remember the Honda three cylinder two stroke that came out in....hell, I can't remember, maybe 75? 500cc I think. You'd think the thing was a dog until that tach hit about 8K and then hold on buddy, that thing was gone! Lean on the front end to keep it on the slab. Lots of smoke, exhaust and tire. Loved it. Stinky

A truly dream job. So much experienced I have. Jamie James boat ride out thru the Bayou to one of those floating Cajun bars, If the boat ride didnt kill me dem Cajuns would have if not with Jamie. The Kipper went on to come out of retirement to ride for Factory Kaw. in Canada and win a couple Canadian Superbike Championships. He is now a Preacher man back in NEO. Maybe some day Ill confess to some Dane Bamage with Knievel, hurt the liver for sure. Now I'm doing loli Pops in NC. Ride On! Clone |
