I tore the whole motor down yesterday. I made sure the piston was at the top and the cam is lined up directly with the t mark on the flywheel. It is still skipping spark making it cut out.

When you say making it cut out are you actually talking about the spark plug or is it that when you GIVE IT THROTTLE IT BOGS and dies? Alleyoop

It actually loses spark or skips it and cuts out. It don't die.

I took the cdi out of another scooter that I know is good and it does the same. What should I check next? It's weird how it jumps spark.

The only thing I can think of it is the stator that when it comes and fires on the compression stroke it is not firing again when it comes around again. The spark plugs on the scoots fire on the compression stroke and on the exhaust stroke TWICE. So one of the POLES on the stator I would think is shot.
But what is weird is from what you say it is firing good at IDLE but not when you rev it up.
Can you get a VIDEO with sound of it idleing and then revving it up? Alleyoop

Do you think it could be the stator or the pickup? The pickup is what suplies power to the cdi right?

The stator supplies power to the CDI and the CDI stores the voltage then when the FLywheels magnet that is on the outside of the flywheel goes by the Pick Up Coil the Pick up Coil sends a little voltage to the CDI telling the CDI to release the voltage to the Coil then the Coil sends the voltage to the plug. My stator dont go to the cdi. the 3 yellow wires that come from it go to the regulator. I can unplug the plug coming from the stator and the bike will still run. The cdi is dc and gets it voltage from the battery. then the pickup has 2 wires coming from it and one goes to the cdi to triger the voltage to the coil.

Ah, so you have DC cdi which gets its 12V from the Ignition Switch when you have the KEY ON. The Piclup Coil where does the other wire from the pick up coil go to ONE WIRE to the CDI TRIGGER SLOT and the other goes to where? Is it a GROUND WIRE what color are the wires from the COIL PICKUP? Blue/yellow and green/white are coming from the pickup.

Well I know the BLUE/YELLOW goes to the TOP LEFT ON THE CDI that is the TRIGGER to tell the CDI to RELEASE the voltage to the COIL is that where the BLUE/YELLOW is hooked up to? The GREEN/WHITE I have no idea bud what is it hooked up to RIGHT NOW? I will try to look that one up. Maybe RICH or JR can chime in I will try to contact them for help. Alleyoop

I actually cant tell where either wire goes because it goes into the wire loom. but if I unconnect any of the connectors then the scoot will not even start.
