I spent some time on this pursuing the yellow AC to lights config after these posts and in fact the bike had been rewired to DC off of the battery. Frankly, I was angry and moved on, I didn't give up. I'm fine now and if you wish to pursue this further we can try. Rich

once you go 3phase stator ac lights will not work they must be wired dc . As far as getting this sorted out you have start from the basics . Check the stator output/regulator input regulator output , then wire.power everything else .
