hard as a rock tires = poor traction/handling and last forever or at least a long time and give harsher ride. soft sticky tires = good wet and dry traction and do not last as long as a hard one, but have a better ride and handling.
Take your choice, I change my own, mount and install and at 71 YO am not going to take a chance of sliding or going down.

Hard to tell when the ads don't give any specs on how sticky or hard they are. And no speed ratings either.

I found Speed and Load ratings for them. Had to search the net. Three of them make the cut.
1. Shinko........ Speed:P Load:60 $38.00 2. Pirelli SL26.. Speed:P Load 60 $61.00 3. Pirelli Diablo Speed:P Load:63 $67.00
Never heard of Shinko. They any good?

I've heard from a lot of qualified people that mounting the front tire backwards makes it last much longer. And there is no loss of traction.

Shinko tires are made by the company that bought the motorcycle tire division of Yokohama. They're fine. I put a Cheng Shin tire on my 150cc scooter, but they don't sell them anymore. I paid $23.00, shipped, from Bike Bandit. The traction was fine and the tire has lasted almost 5,000 miles so far and it's only a 10" wheel. I'll replace it this summer with either a Kenda or Shinko. www.motorcycle-usa.com/402/116/Motorcycle-Article/Shinko-Stealth-Tire-Review.aspx
