any update Medman? i was around the salton sea area last month, Gad that body of water really stinks, i saw lots of dead fish along the shoreline, its like a dead sea. we can smell it as far as one mile away, jizz!! is that where you live you said Medman?? wut happened to that sea?  ? gosh |

I wonder how long he can drag you guys into a fruitless discussion of something a freshman 7th grader should be able to figure out.   i'll tell you a story, i remember few months back, i joked around with this certain member of another forum( not a scooter forum) , he jokes back then all of a sudden , i didnt know he pm''d the forum moderator and said that my joke on him was way below the belt. he shouldnt have joked back at me in the first place, he was ok, then i found out that he pm'd the mod and slung some mud on me...i was like, okay??!! such a grown up cry baby!! lol Aloha!!! |

thats when the gear ratio comes in the picture.
the cvt drives the wheel to turn,,, now reverse it, the wheel now turns the bell.
which has a wider diameter? the cvt or the wheel??!?
of course the wheel. in effect it turns faster.
im sure every mechanical engineer will agree with me.
the one with bachelors degree not just those with only associate degree. lol
not even the one who spends $140k for beat up vespa hehehe!

yes, there is no stress because thrre is less load, BUT the gears are turning more faster and of course if it turns faster, wear and tear will be faster too.
try to open the cvt cover, now turn the wheels youll notice yhe bell turns faster, now do the reverse, turn the bell, the wheel turns slow. these are the thing Kz and cyborg do not know, i need to educate them once in a while. i do it for free tho, so take advantage of my free lecture.. lol

Lol,, yup Taiwanese scoots are waaaaay better than chinos,, theyre almost leveling with jap in terms of quality,,,
i dunno why chinos were left behind maybe because they're only up to making a rapid buck, oh i mean quick buck ,they dont care about quality and safety, ...now where is rapidjim, i miss him!

hahahha exactly,, , the only kind of persons who are worse than the "idiots" and "morons" are the people who spend $140,000 modifying cheap motorcycles, then sell them overseas, where one of his buyers complain of mechanical problems,,, oooooh thats what you call over-modification. its just so ironic that he can spend $140k on mods but he almost died haggle-ing on a beat up 2004 Vespa ET.. hahaha omg... cheapest breed of human there is , alive.....OH CYBORG! CYBORG!
then he post pictures of his so called "Motorcycle Mods" then i found out later that he just copy paste it from a european motorcycle forum based in england. gosh!!
for all we know cyborg is just a jobless dude gate crashing a library to use computer to sign up on this forum.. oh Lordy!!!
