Mores stuff about my situation
* If I was just scooting around downtown I would get the vespa. However I want to take the girlfriend to new braunfels about 30 miles away. 60mi round trip.
Not sure your experience on vespas for 60 mile round trips on smaller wheels and comfort.
Heard great reviews for BV250 and Vespa Grandturismo 200.
Thank you, Steve

Ok, I got the chinese scooters out of my blood. Goodbye TaoTao! lolI found two scooters around town. 2006 Piaggio BV 250It has 9,000 Miles and looks to be average condition. Overall good shape, comes with windshield and lockable storage case. Actually found at local Harley dealer. It was a trade in and is used as a parts runner shop scooter. www.motorcycle.com/specs/piaggio/scooter/2006/bv/250.htmlPrice 1700.00 2006 Vespa Grandturismo 200This is in better condition than BV 250 and has 1,665.00 miles. Also has windshield and lockable storage case. www.motorcycle.com/specs/vespa/scooter/2006/granturismo/200.htmlPrice 1700.00 What would you guys buy and why? What moter and displacement are on each of these? Thank you so much for you help! Below are pictures!

Ahh, so because they are crummy manufacture... state kicks them out. Or emissions, or politics. So that about sums that up. Thank you

I would like to know what is the best electric scooter for a reasonable price? Im not interested in a 90k prototype model (BMW) ha. If you can share your fav 1-3k model, and a 3k-6k model that would be great. I just found this ZEV3600. Looks like a legit company and product. www.zelectricvehicle.com/5.html Does this look good to you guys? If anyone can share their Electric Scooter experience that would be great.

So I bought this Geely scooter from CraigsList for $175 and it runs, however I cant find any support from manufacture, Emailed them twice about getting a manual, parts and such. No reply from Geely. ( Not sure how they stay in business ) ? Where would I find a rear tail light, head lamp etc? Anyways, I took some pictures of the moter. Do you guys know what kind of motor this is? What is it a copy of? Any help where I can find a manual or info on this motor and parts for Geely scooter would be much appreciated. Thank you, Steve Here is link to dropbox images www.dropbox.com/sh/ec38gdr4wuwfhiv/AAATF8AqiayF9Kk1FmBkZa-da?dl=0
