Todd, if you haven't figured this out already, there is an access panel you can remove from underneath to access the rear lights. I can explain and/or post a picture or two to show you. Nope sit did not figure out there is a panel below to remove I finally pulled the box from inside to get to them. I have to back in again cause I got the wrong LED brake lights.

I get the unvailable because of security settings also. It must be set to only be able to be viewed by your friends on your list.

If your local hardware store is like mine the cheapest bolts I could find were around 2 bucks each but were considerable much better grade than the crap that comes with it.

I lost one of these bolts also out of my YY250T also. I took one of the bolts that was left down to the local Hardware store. Before I went I took a tape measure and figured out the length I needed. Now the only thing to remember is that length is in mm so if you measure inches just multiply what you get so if you measure 1 inch multiply by 25.4 to get your mm length. Then when you put them back in use lock tight. I believe the Thread was 8x1.25 but make sure you take the remaining bolt with you so that you get the correct metric thread bolt. My problem is I don't have a remaining bolt, as you can see both of them are missing. The 3rd one at the top is missing also? They are all the same size just different lengths. In your picture you only have that you are missing the 2 that are attached at the engine.

Dugglebogey, Scrappydog has the CVT bolts you are looking for. Very good place to get parts. I have ordered many times from them. Good prices and fast shipping. Opps forgot to mention the CVT bolts are about 2/3 they way down the page. www.scrappydogscooters.com/CF250_Water_cooled_parts.html

Are these bolts available anywhere? I have no idea what happened to them. I'm mostly worried about the two bolts in the first picture that hold the muffler assembly on. The long one that holds the CVT cover on I will have to look back I remember finding someplace online that carries them I just do not remember who it was.

Todd, do you know how many turns you have it out? If you do screw it in and count turns. If right back it back to wear it was and every now and then give it a check. Yes. it was all out of wack when I first got it it was only like 3/4 turns out. Then I put it back to 2 1/4. Then now when I checked again to reset after valve adjustment it had vibrated to like 3 1/2. So I am working on getting back to the 2 1/4 setting.

Ok Trying to find out how to fix a loose Air Fuel Mixture screw. I believe it is vibrating out and messing up the carb tune. It turns way to easy. How do I stop it from turning out so easy?

AH!! Now I remember, getting old, yes the popping when starting once in a while can be caused by the valves. Once you adjust your valves it should smooth out some. But if it still idles like crap time to adjust your Carb. Now that the temps are getting warmer it is probably running ON THE RICH side. You would need to turn the Fuel Ratio Screw Clockwise and you will probably notice that the IDLE will go up. Adjust it AFTER THE ENGINE IS NICE AND WARM. You want the HIGHEST IDLE OUT OF the Fuel Ratio Screw. Then you probably need to lower your IDLE using the IDLE SPEED SCREW to where it Idles the Smoothest and the REAR WHEEL is NOT Turning. You will then see better gas mileage. Alleyoop Ok Alley I tried this after I took it around the block got it warmed up. what is really weird with the scooter running I can turn the AF all the way in and the idle does not change at all. it starts to change after I am about 3 full turns out. This seems quite odd. Not quite sure where to go from here with the CARB.
