I would pull CVT and do a real good inspection it sounds like yo have a major problem with one side other I Don't think you have a belt problem. My thinking when ever you replace belt you should do a real good check of the cvt take apart clean and lube were you should then address putting on belt and cover.

No that what no I was trying to say just if it started every day and no problem and left alone a few days and know it won't start why look at valve lash? I am always learning that's why I put it out that way sorry if I ruffed some feathers.

Been reading what he wrote saying if he ran it every day never a problem right ? If so why valves ? why not fuel leaking out? or choke or too lean at that time? I can't see valves changing clearance after sitting a few days.

I believe you have a fuse on your alarm why not just remove it and it will be like removing it later when you find you got bad information you can replace fuse and you will be back to normal. If you don't have a fuse which I can't see that just cut the hot wire tape it later you can splice it together with a fuse.

Lets get terms right first BENDIX is the name of a large company who produce large numbers of parts years ago, call starter drives for this strange reason every one seems to think the are called Bendix but they are started drives. Now using a power drill to test won't work, it works off a relay while starter spins relay throws out starter drive to engage crankshaft.

Look these are really not hard to check out does it crank over? if so check spark pull plug ground plug after you insert back into spark wire ground plug do you see spark if so add fuel to carb try to start if starts a fuel problem. If no spark check coil wire make sure wire is screw into boots at both ends.

I hate to say this but why did you pay for it if not fixed? If you paid for it by credit card you could despite maybe get you money back or bike fixed. Now that said I have a 150 no problems with mine I can say build superb conduction to what many say the only thing is getting parts now that's a house of a different color. Do you have a motor issue or a stabilization problem or something else?

In all fairness just check valves one more time the ride it it still runs right. Also try changing you oil amsoil 10-40 metric I use. I'm not saying to use it but try a different company's may a 15-40 oil but all in all if it run well use it and not saying this to be a smartass but the way it's broke in is also be a clue.
