There are no sheep laughing at anyone asking for help on this forum. Sometimes we throw a joke here and there but it is all fun. This is not do or die stuff, it is basically a Chinese scooter forum to help people with the scooter problems since the brand scooter shops will not touch them. And besides IF THEY did touch them get ready to turn over your house for payment. Alleyoop I bought this bike for my wife 4 years ago. It cost 1800.00, I put 200.00 or so in parts in it (100 because I did not flush the brake system when new). Yes it is crude, a poor clone at best, not to be trusted as a daily rider, and will not last forever know matter what you do to it. BUT... it only cost 1800.00 delivered to my door! My Burgman cost 9000.00! It reminds me of 1969 when the jap bikes came to America; it seemed like one was on every corner. I see china scoots everywhere now. They are just another means to put more riders on the pavement and that makes me happy. China found a way for people like me to say" you know that is cheap enough for me to try one, and if I like it I will buy a real one" I did.

So I was working on the scoot today and a memory dropped by to see me. I seem to remember buying a fan off ebay for my sons Toyota, but never had time to install before he wrecked it. So I venture into the barn and to the bike shelf area, and there it was! A gift from God because it used the exact same motor as the OEM! The fan blades are longer and would cool better if there was any way to make it fit. I just swapped out the motors, and it is done. I did measure out the OEM fan and bracket so I can post it. I am sure someone out there will need a fan and maybe someone will see my post and know were the fan can be bought. Thanks for all the help everyone. I have not cruised the boards for a few years and forgot how much fun it can be. TQ

I am so glad someone has some solid info on this subject.Well I tore all the plastic off today and my fan pulls the air through the rad. I need a new fan as mine draws so much power the lights almost become worthless. I am thinking I might move my fan to push the air. You are right when you say it is easy to build pressure but hard to create or control vacum.

I bought the front assembly, it is a perfect fit. I am just hoping the spool valve from the rear is the same as the front. If it is I can rebuild the leaking rear M/C with the parts from my old front M/C that was not leaking, but had a bad ABS (if you can really call it that) valve. I will know this tomorrow.

I have asked this question before and never got a real answer. Does the rad fan blow in toward the engine or out toward the wheel. In seems logical the fan would draw air through the rad and blow over the engine. But if the front tire creates a vacuum behind the fender the fan would have to work in reverse. I just want to know how it came from the factory.

Well my wife is ready for me to get her scoot ready for spring. I need the front brake master cylinder. I had a discussion a year or so ago about finding parts to rebuild it, but that lead nowhere. I am just wondering if anything has changed? Has anyone found rebuild parts? If not where is the best place to get an exact replacement part. Some one has to sell it cheaper than Roketa!
I also need new rollers.
