NO, what we are trying to do is see if adjusting the FUEL MIXTURE screw out 2 full turns from the closed position and covering the air intake it will suck in some fuel in and the motor will start. The Idle speed screw MAY NOT be opening up enough to allow fuel from the tiny pilot jet outlets to come out. SO the IDLE SPEED SCREW only turn it CLOCKWISE 1/16 of an inch it does not take much for that screw. Alleyoop Well hopefully I didn't screw anything up because before you told me that I was tinkering with the idle screw in didn't turn it much maybe 2 or 3 turns |

When I screw the fuel screw in all the way should I do thear same for the idle screw in other words show I screw it all the way down till it stops?

It will pop only maybe once or twice bro but will not stay running  If that is all it took then covering the air intake with his hand would of popped it off. You gots to know this stuff and how it works not just throw balls at it and hope one sticks  So of course it only showed part of your posts |

Is everbody afraid of giving her a wiff of Ether? good ol starting fluid. If ya got any spark and compression it will Pop off on Ether filter or not. I have motor medical thrust starting fluid |

Great!! With spark now we can work on the fuel issue. Alleyoop I think it honestly won't start because there is no air filter when I stuck my hand over the air in take it was getting fuel but refused to start |

I had some extra cdi boxes that aren't good from the looks of it i put the original one I had on there and got a spark but the battery is dead

Do you have a GROUND WIRE FROM THE MOTOR TO THE FRAME? What would it look like? Found the problem I had the wrong CDI box on |

Check the two wires on back of the COIL also you may have them crossed if no spark, try switching the wires on the COIL and then for spark. Tried it the other way still no spark |
