"I'm not getting any lights when I turn the key either."
Okay, did you purchase the correct type of CDI? There is a DC fired and an AC fired. If you turn the key on and the lights turn on, then it is an AC fired. I await your reply.

If yours has a flame-out switch, check that it works by switching it on and off. If not working, replace that switch. Check to start button as well. Make sure both are getting fire, so to speak.

I took the plastic piece off. I think the kickstart shaft is stopping it. I am thinking about cutting the foot peg off, then the cover will be in position to just pull straight out/off. I can always get it welded back. I just need a hacksaw now. It is easier to that than to remove the engine mount bolt and shock. If you, are anyone else finds out another way, please reply. Thanks in return. I love your modification! I am afraid to install that alternative, in that someone could gain access to the belt and cut it, or too much exposed to the weather (rain). What is the weight/sliders are the rollers you are using, as well as the clutch springs? Also, what size belt are you using? I live in a hilly part of the county. I cruise at 45mph max, sometimes 50mph.

I cannot get the cover off because the foot peg is in the way.

How do you take the variator and clutch cover off? It was quite easy on my Roketa.

Hey, you are right! It is a long case, and it has 10 bolts. Thanks my friend.

I own a Vitacci Sparks 150 Scooter which has a short case with 14" rims. Is there a difference in the input and output shaft lengths, as well as the fitting of the gears, bearings, and seals?

I have a 2020 Vitacci Sparks 150cc scooter. Normally, the headlights turn on once the key is turned on. I added a pair of rear-view mirrors, and now the headlights turn on once it is started. I noticed a device about the size of a dc-fired cdi. Could it be a ballast, or perhaps a resister of sorts? See images.

Does anyone know what the number embossed on the carburetor where the automatic choke attaches to stand for?
