Starts right up and idles perfect but kills with throttle???

Hi, I’m new to this forum and joined because I can’t figure this problem out.
I have 2 Lance Cali Classic scooters both ran great last year but at the end of the season both would start up and idle perfect but when you gave them throttle they both would die, they each had the same problem, after you let them warm up a long time they would begin to run fine. I put them away for the winter and now they are doing the same thing but worse, they both start up right away, they both idle perfectly but when you throttle to take off it stalls out once it takes off, let up on throttle and goes back to idle. I figured both had dirty carbs so I bought and installed new carbs for both seeing they are so cheap, that didnt fix it, I put new fuel filters in each, that didn’t work, New spark plugs in each ,air filters are clean, drained all old gas out with new gas and sea foam, both still doing the same thing. Does anyone have any idea? Ive done everything I can think of, it’s frustrating how perfect they start and idle but can’t ride them! Thanks in advance.
