Stroker?

Out of curiosity, did any one ever make a 139qmb stroker kits? Also on a possibly unrelated subject would any one know of a good quality 139qmb head gasket?

Know i really don't know what you were referring to in the post. also it appears English isn't your first language. for example "its true i don't think with a wrench." makes little sense.
A Wrench is a tool it's used for tightening and loosening bolts and nuts it has nothing to with ones thought process.
Another example
"NOT SO
as bluefront (you remember him, you spoke at his orbit) posted with photos, the qmk 3,,, has oil ports just for air cooling of the oil, but you must buy cooler as a ad on."
I'm following you at "NOT SO" but, i don't think "you spoke at his orbit" is not a coherent sentence. Perhaps "Orbit" is the name of the scooter and they spoke of it? You can't really logically speak AT an Orbit.
The other half sounds like you are trying to describe an oil cooler, which is old news and often put too much strain on the oil pump.
As far as I know know one sells a high or higher volume oil pump fora 139qmb.
IF any thing your the looser, at first I thought you were troll so glad I'm not moderator I probably would have banned you by now.

My 50cc will do this weird vibrating noise all the while vibrating the whole scooter pretty good when i get at over 40 mph. I don't think they were made to go 49mph and the wheels aren't balanced for that speed or at all. There are some pretty long down hills where i live.

A set of fins on the bottom of the crank case would help too/ But if you stop to think, that gy6 engine as it was originally designed the cooling was good, nothing has changed except some one has put a big 150cc barrel on it and some have as much as 200cc on top of that little gy6 crank case. Well i'm keeping mine fairly close to stock, fairly. I do notice it runs a tad warm and I've heard say they think the same. After a cross town ride it will usually make that "tick tick tick" sound after shut it off and putt it on the stand, and crank case will usually stay warm for a good while too. So far i slotted my CVT cover and help some and i had my exhaust manifold wrapped till just after the first bend. I'm thinking a longer exhaust wrap might help the exhaust's expansion and contraction a little bit. And some air flow as well as fins (but, i'm no machinist) would help with the crank case.

Well at the least, removing the spark plug access cover in favor of a mesh would help at least some but, it would be more effective with a finned valve cover.

I have no idea what Drifter is talking about. The water cooled jug looks interesting but, i'm already installing a 60cc jug, unless they had one with matching size. I'm not looking to really break 60cc because i'm really doing it for compression gains (ported stock head).
What my idea was, it to use a before high quality computer/server fan of about 120mm, mounted where the spark plug access cover is (between you feet) to push a little bit of fresh air under all the cowling.
I say a little bit because the high CFM fans draw some amps.

I have some snake oil . John actually I did forget about one things usually sold for pit bikes that does work. it's an oil that has better temperature capacity/conduction. unfortunately it doesn't do all that great with out an oil cooler. I have an idea evolving an electric fan but, i need to know how much spare electricity the harness/system can spare and where i might tap in to it. Think i might even be able to hook it into a temp sensor/switch too.

When you install a BBK there area ton of variables to account for on top of having to know what you are doing. I still have yet to my BBK idea and i won't be too surprised if i blow it but, i'm definitely talking to some higher powers and taking measurements.

Has any one come up with any decent cooling mods. I still know/remember that oil cooler the one guy is selling is highly debatable, was wondering if any thing else has come along while I have been gone.

TROUBLE! Based on the number of threads I have seen here. Sounds harsh, I know.

yeah that is the basics right there. i have found on scooters almost all bolt on offerings like stators and coils and bigger carps are nothing but, snake oil and lies.
I made so much more.. okay .. i made notably more power ny just porting the head and cleaning the welds on the exhaust flange and tuning the carb, getting rid of need vacuum lines and canisters and stiffening up the valve springs with double spring shims (and possibly inner springs, can't remember).
All of which really didn't cost me anything but, parts from my honda/china minibike parts pile and time.
My machinist friend put it best, "It's amazing how much power you can make by just removing metal from the right places"

was out riding scoot, 50cc 139qmb, having a great day, then it dies. pulled to side of road, scoot fired right up idle great, gave it some gas and it died again. hit starter and fires right up again, good idle give it gas and it dies again call home and get wife to bring truck to get me home. at home, i check for gas, full tank replaced fuel filter start scooter and fires right up and idle great give it gas and it dies..... replaced spark plug, same prob replaced carb with new one, same prob checked valves, .003 on both, all good, same prob scratch my head and go get coffee.... decide to check electrical .... replaced cdi, bike fires up and runs great, take for ride no problems put old cdi back on, fires up and give it gas and it dies threw old cdi away and put on new one and all is Good anyone else ever have a cdi act like this? I was sure it was a fuel problem. happy it running and so is wife... lol Kind of but, while i was working it, it was the cheap CDI connector on the bike's harness it was merely a loose pin.

I'm fairly sure on my Bronc rally we traced all the lines and for one reason or another nearly deleted the entire vacuum system all the remains, if I remember correctly all that remains is the pet cock and the carb, everything else was capped off.
I doubt it made any difference, then notable performance gain for me was porting and deburring the head and headER among other tweaks.

are you sure all your gaskets are seated and sealed? no pin holes in rubber boot for the carb?
