you mean condensing the air, yeah when it gets colder out in summer evening it definitely picks up more power, not a lot but, notable. a cold air intake isn't gonna make warm air cold as as far as i can tell it's get air easily and plentiful enough to perform well. though I'm no mast tech either.

I though about adding a "vent" with rubber boot in to the plastic "bucket" so it can relieve the heat.

I dropped i an halogen bulb at or close to the original wattage but, it goes bright on low settings and low on bright setting, hasn't caused any problems. I usually run it on high setting unless i'm riding in the dark, which i usually ride in the dark under 1 hour.

OT: I never seen rear discs before.
seems like some spots welds broke or the metal got fatigued.

a few lb at least for sure. real tubros and supers and pro chargers... at least in cars push something like 5 lbs and that's considered rather mild. i've seen a few turbo projects for minibikes over the years my memory is fuzzy but, i think they to would run a few lbs at the least.

scrappy dog is a decent seller. the parts should fit what they say they fit. weather or not those bolts fit i don't know. what i do know is that you have decent chance since a lot of Chinese parts are interchangeable. The problem is i think the equation changes with smaller engines. regardless you if you are gonna use a fan you are gonna want something that packs a punch. EDIT: check this place out, www.partsforchinesescooters.com/

and electric blow would have to full speed all the time. I have seen a few fans on newegg that pump out 190-200+ CFM an wondered about it my self but, i figure the power/amp draw would neutralize any benefit if not negatively affect performance.
EDIT: those chrome electric blowers are more than likely a joke what i'm talking about are high end high grade industrial/server grade computer fans.

worst case scenario the exhaust is restrictive, in which case you could modify or replace it.

I was in accident earlier this year, more or less i laid it down and I and scooter slid for a bit. Ever since then the back wheel which looks perfectly fine vibrates the whole scoot. I guess the Chinese aluminum wheels area crap shoot.
i'm probably going to see if i can't buy it's twin (used [knocks]) for around 100-200 bucks and rob parts off of it since a rim is freaking 90-100 bucks shipped.
NOTE: all you should need are, parts of a 50cc peace unless yours has bigger wheels, like mine does.
I'll quit babbling now.
