New to this board. My neighbor is a body man and I do the mechanical work. He came up with a nice looking Lin Hai scooter that has a throttle issue. I know nothing about these machines. It turns over but doesn't start. I can't tell what size it is. The jug looks big enough to be a 150. How do I get the body work off to get to the mechanics of this machine? Is there a choke? Do you guys have on-line manuals to help with this or know of a site to go to? The only I.D, on this is Lin Hai. The serial number is LLBMA1T283T163129. Does that help? It ought to be a nice scooter when I get it running.
