842, thats what I used on my 150 But it's a 125cc and the engine number doesn't that matter. Is there a way to just measure the area? I measured. I think it is 842. Is it a longcase 125cc?

OK new spring seems to be helpful but only a little bit. I still need a longer belt, not a shorter belt. Comes with a 799 x 19 x 28 What is longer. Here's the image of a different belt that is longer but it's too wide and too deep.

OK, received the new 1.5k spring. It's installed.
Wasn't even sure it would fit.
It did yeah.
Thoughts before install. Had old one in hand. Super weak. New one more firm. I realize the stock is probably .75 k or 750 m but just seemed weak.
Installed and it was very hard to compress the driven face to get belt on. Normally very easy.
When my wife gets home I'll go test drive. If it does what I think and I get to 55mph or more in done. I think my peak RPM's is about 50% throttle. Then it gets to 45 mph and just stopped before.
If it was a weak contra spring then it will just keep going. If not then the OEM spring wasn't the problem.
Oh and it's definitely 9 bolts for CVT cover.

I can not back it up with documented specs sheets, however most parts are listed as 125/150cc. The main difference is the I and J in the engine number. The I being 54mm=125cc and the J being 57.4mm=149cc. If you answered simple questions it would help. Like how many bolts hold the cvt cover on 8? John

152qmi or as stamped 1p52qmi. I would install a 835-20-30 belt. John Please explain why, while I check library. I couldn't figure out the belts from the library. I looked in CVT.

Bro I also wanted to point out in my thread that the Rollers Flat Spotted in short order, this Dropped my from Start rpm's and my Top Speed substantially. You may want to take a look at yours. just a thought. Originally I brought my scooter in for service for this and bogging. They didn't fix either. They replaced the flat spotted rollers with too lite of sliders, and a too long belt. Lol Undid what they did, replaced carb, bogging gone, now the belt. I'm going to try to test out everything soon. Been busy with transporting my 3 year old around and taking the grandparent to dr appt. Getting my van new tires and rear shocks. Been crazy busy. Building a low cost, low height bed frame instead of buying a box spring. Need it to be lower to ground to my son can just get in by himself. Worked out great. I'll try it the old clutch with different weights. What RPM's am I going to get to? 7000. 8000? I don't want to be too loud. I like it quieter

Those are crazy, way over the top changes. I just want my scooter to get back up to 55mph+. I cannot get the belt up the either the drive face or the driven face pulleys.

what is the engine number? It's a fiddle 2 engine, 125cc but I haven't looked. It's late I'll have to check tomorrow after my son and I get back and he goes down for a nap.

Also as you can see the scooter at rest shows the back pulley and it's not all the way out there either.
