We got this email from one of our customers...
I thought you guys might get a kick out of this email I sent to CFMoto just now. If I don't hear anything back from them email wise I am going to try and call them about it, and if I don't get reparations by calling them I will take what actions I can to bring attention to their disregard for you guys and other dealers. This is really unacceptable, and as a customer of CFMoto I am so disappointed that they would have such disregard for myself and others.
Good luck with your efforts in this matter, too!
Chris Marx

Hello,
I am a CFMoto Glory 150cc scooter owner for about a year and a half. I bought it brand new at one of your dealers, HPS Motorsports LLC in Pittsburgh, PA. I went in today to get some service on my scooter, and my dealer informed me that your company has suddenly and inexplicably dropped them from dealer status, making it so that they cannot order parts for my scooter OR service my scooter under its manufacturer warranty (Of which will not be up until October) because of CFMoto doing such an act.
Not only am I an inconvenienced customer of your company now, I am a wholly enraged customer. I bought my scooter at HPS Motorsports LLC in Pittsburgh, and I bought specifically the CFMoto brand because of its reputation in serving its dealers and customers and the 2-year warranty (which might I remind you is a manufacturer warranty, meaning it was a warranty sold to me by CFMoto). I also bought it in confidence that my dealer would be able to service my scooter and get parts for my scooter.
I was very hesitant to buy from a Chinese scooter company because a lot of them have bad reputations with customer support and service, but I had heard nothing but GOOD things about CFMoto, and now I am very disappointed.
This is such an unacceptable thing to do to my dealer, especially because they have hundreds of CFMoto brand customers, including me, that will need parts, service, and warranty work. That means hundreds of unhappy CFMoto owners, including me, when they find out what you have done in regards to our local dealer status.
Ever since I bought my Glory, I have loved the CFMoto brand, and praised its difference from other brands of motorsport companies. I even convinced one of my friends to buy a Glory as well from HPS Motorsports LLC; so you are welcome for that sale.
I want to let you know if your company doesn't fix this blatant wrongdoing to your loyal customers and riders, I will make it my personal mission to ensure that I inform everyone that I can about what poor customer care CFMoto has shown in their actions toward their riders, and their blatant disregard for their hundreds of riders who have been screwed by your dismissal of their dealer without any notice or alternative for current CFMoto brand owners to maintain their scooters.
I also implore you to please tell me what I am to do now when I need parts or I need warranty-based service on my scooter? What am I to do now? The next nearest CFMoto dealership listed on your map is literally 50-60 miles away.
Sincerely a very unhappy CFMoto scooter owner,
Chris

Although we've been known to help scooter-doc's with any used parts we may have on hand, we really don't have an internet parts operation. Good thing is... the YY250T is a mass produced scoot, so you should be able to find most parts you will need.

Unfotunately, those MIC sales don't reflect the Chinese scooters that were sold.

Review I read said you WILL manage to hit every road kill on the hiway And since Wildfire is leaving the powersports business, I say your warranty is good to about just over...... um, there.

I really don't fault the Chinese factories. They are willing to make quality or shiat...whatever their customers are willing to pay. I fault the importers here in the US. From my understanding, the China factories do not warranty their scooters. It is the importers here in the states that offers the warranty. The better one lets say, add two hundred bucks to the price of the scooter and accrue that money for future warranty repairs. It's strictly an actuarial equation.
When Wildfire was at their peak, they offered a two year parts warranty on the engine...and 90 days on everything else. I remember the president of Wildfire telling me," Why not? we have less of 1/2 of 1% failure rate on the engines".
I blame the importers/distributors for being greedy. A lot of them are quick-buck artists. Thankfully most of them have slinked away. But unfortunately.... there are a few still around. Oh...BTW... SUNL has resurfaced as Massimo.

Took a flyer and ordered a couple of Jonway 50cc two-strokes. www.jonwayusa.com/English/productShow.asp?id=56As I've related before, 50cc scooters are not user friendly here in Western PA. So we went to PLAN B. Hopefully a 2 stroke 50 will be able to handle the hills around here. Hopefully we'll retail them at $1095.

Yikes, I guess I did make one post.
I guess JR felt threatened. Threatened enough to go against his own "rules and regulations"
"Badges...... we don't need no stinkin' badges"
Okay.... time for obscure Blazing Saddles references...

I just tried to sign on to the "other" forum, only to find out I've been banned for a year. I don't think I've ever even posted. Talk about paranoia. And exactly why were you trying to sign into some "other" forum?........
OK, that's it Cookees, I've HAD IT!
It's TWO YEARS on this forum buddy boy......unless those SYMs get real cheap, real quick. I can be bought, I admit it. Hey......wake up you milk sot. When are the T shirts getting here and are they prewetted? That's it man, you are a disgrace. You make me sick. You're such a tool.....
Mea culpa.... Hit the old button on the toolbar and it zoomed me there. And as I always thought, Rich, you might not be cheap...but you're easy.
