Just read Jr. that u might be considering selling ur Bali 150cc. That would probably be his best bet as it sounds like u have went through that scoot with a fine tooth comb!!

my speedo is off like that too! 5mph off at 25, by roadside test then once I got TomTom its about 5mph off till 30 then between 30-40mph it dont gain no speed on GPS then form 40+ it is about 10mph off from the GPS when Im doing 60mph according to scoot meter the GPS shows me doing 50mph then its like 67 on scoot for GPS to read 55mph acts same way! got a new mount ordered off ebay to mount my gps to mirror since I have no handlebar exposed on the Bali 250. right now have it suctioned with suction cup feels strong but want the suction cup for car. the motorcycle mount fits 1.3in bars and measured mirror and it was 1.25in so hope it will fit! heres the mount I have coming cgi.ebay.com/GN032-RPH-TO5-Motorcycle-Mount-TomTom-One-XL-XL-S-/260586292656?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0#ht_747wt_911 and heres how I got mine set up now! just my input on the speedo sounds like a lose connection to the brake light and Jr will help u with everything else! LOL

LOL I use both but have gotten more help from Scooter Doc! but still get some help from Scoot Dawg. I see alot of members using both so only to be fair have to promote both! LOL

heres pic! got some 3m weather stripping and the GPS velcroed to the sriping on dash and using Suction cup for extra support, till I figure out something better! But it seems to be holding up good! found a bar I might be able to mount to with the handle bar mount? Just got to trim some plastic!
