before I got the handle bar mount for my Tom Tom I was using the suction cup on my windshield and at about 45mph it came loose and skidded across the road I figured it was history, but except for some road rash it still works fine now I got the suction cup mount in my car so I can easily use in either vehicle and the handle bar mount around the left mirror has been working great can tilt it out of the glare of the sun its right there to see as I am always watching my mirrors behind me as well as whats in front of me. I guess I got lucky as my Tom Tom took a nice bounce and skidded into the ditch so it didnt get ran over by any other traffic sure helped me decide to get the better mount only 20$

yeah I saw the Mobil 1 4t but stuck with the Castrol instead. The guy at Auto Zone basically told me that the other Castrol GTX 10w40 was designed for cars that it would still be ok to use but the 4T Motorcycle oil was designed specifically for 4 Stroke motorcycle engines.( they were same price by a qt so not like he was trying to sell me a oil cause its more expensive) this is my 4th change used Penzoil 10w40 then switched to Castrol GTX 10w40 and now this last one at 2200miles I used the Castrol 4T and i have noticed a difference! I change mine every 1000 first one was first 300 then about every 1000 been doing a little sooner since its a inexpensive oil change. I am going to defenitly stick with the 4T oil! I just have noticed the scoot has been running a lot better since I switched to the 4T, a lot smother running motor especially at idle.

got this Castrol 4T 4stoke Motorcycle oil. I had been using the Castrol GTX 10w40 car oil but I have noticed a lot smother idle more acceleration and more top end, just a lot smoother running engine with this oil have had it in for almost 200 miles now. It was the same price as the Castrol GTX Drive Hard car oil was so got this I like it a lot better, would recommend it to anyone thats scoot calls for 10w40 they also sell in 20w50 for the big Vtwins.

@ cruiser I got the Jonway YY250T-2 whats the difference its also labelled with the MC-13-250 Roketa Bali model numbers too, but its stamped by the v.i.n as a YY250T-2 and was wandering what the difference is between the YY250T and the -2 model? I have the Honda clone motor in mine, I dont have a glove box though and the gas tank is in the rear I know on the MC-54 they have extra glove boxes and the gas tank in front of the motor which blocks the air to the motor. I have heard alot of issues with overheating cause of that! But didnt really know what the difference between the 2 Jonway models were?

They do have some thats a u bolt, but the one I got is just one screw plastic piece with rubber cushion in the inside to keep from damaging the mirrors, it comes with them for handle bars any ways worked good! alot better then the suction cup and velcro mount I was using before its in previous pics in the thread. I have been happy with it wish I got the case that weather proofed it but it said it only fit for 1 and 1/4 so I got one that said 1.3 but now realize that 1 and 1/4 will fit around mirror. so could of gotten a mount with a weather proof zipper case! Heres the link for RAM just enter ur brand of GPS and model select motorcycle ram-mount.com/Products/GPSMounts/tabid/135/Default.aspx

I got a key chain plug gap checker which has both MM and thousands on it at Auto Zone for 1$ I think? They had them right by the register I liked it had the mm measurements.

yeah the straights work! It is hard to check psi in rear tire but, it hasnt been leaking so I dont check much. just some water and soap to check for leaks every now and again, and have checked psi about once a week since I put them on and they aint dropped a pound! I want to get a shorter sraight one for rear so it will be easier like a 3/4 inch or 1" instead of inch and 1/4. But for $3 u cant complain!

I talked to my dealer today he told me that GL-5 would be fine either 75w90 or 80w90 said they use and sell Castrol 80w90. I mentioned about using some Lucas as I have heard good things and have had good use with Lucas oils before and he said that would be fine too but they just use the Castrol so I havent looked at the prices yet but assuming the Lucas is a little more expensive and thats why he said Castrol would be fine?
