Hi guys, I'm new and I was hoping someone might have some ideas for me. I just replaced my fuel pump, lines and carb but I can't get it to turn over. Everything has a tight seal. I was wondering if I need to adjust the screw next to the line in to the carb? Please help... frustrated...
