I'm having the same problem with stalling. I thought it was a vapor lock problem and I drilled several holes in the gas cap. That didn't fix it. I have tried running the scooter with the gas cap off, but still it stalls. I notice that the scooter is more prone to stalling (1) when the weather and engine are warm, and (2) when there is less than 1/2 tank of gas. Maybe the vapor canister is the next thing to check.
