I use the VENT HOSE to put the gear oil in with an OIL can that has the nice tips on it. So fill the oil can with 6-8 oz of oil and stick it in the vent hose and pump VOILA On mine the tranny fill plug is BEHIND the SPROCKET and you have to take the sprocket off to get at it these Chinese just know how to make things difficult but I beat them to the punch I am to clever for them Alleyoop I'll bet thats where my fill plug is also, Thats a good Idea using an oil can in the vent hose, Alley your just plumb crafty kalee

Alley, I have located the drain plug for the transmision and the only place I have found to put new gear oil in is a rubber plug on top with a vent hose coming out of it. Where do you put the gear oil in yours ? kalee Alley,I got the transmision oil changed and I also found the plug you check for right amount, I'm getting better kalee

I guess I'm going to have to strip the front end and see if I can chase down the problem on these lights. They might have been like this to start out with but I was pretty sure they were working. kalee The problem with my lights was ME, there are two female plugs at the front of my trike so this morning I started chasing colors and discovered I had plugged the turn signal wire into the wrong female receptecal now I have both turn signals. The front lower lights on my trike are for turn signal's only. kalee

I dont have a cooling fan on my trike, got any Idea's on my light problem's Alley ? kalee If you have a 150cc or 50cc TRIKE YOU MOST CERTAINLY do have a cooling fan. If you have a 250 or 300cc then you don't? As far as the lights are concerned did you replace the bulbs? Do this switch the bulbs from the ones that are working if they light then get two new bulbs. If not jiggle the wires and or the bulb in the sockets they sometimes come loose and do not make contact inside the socket. Alleyoop By golly Alley your right, there is a cooling fan inside that black housing I learned something new today. I guess I had never paid any attention to it before. What kind of engine oil do you use in your trike ? kalee
