That looks like the same gas tank I have on my 250 BMS Macho Man, If it is the same the only hold around 2.5 gallons, maybe slightly more, but nowhere near 4.7. I wish they held that much.

The lens pieces do seem to be separate, but I have not found anywhere to buy the separate pieces. I bought a new unit for my scooter, but was able to take pieces from my old unit and pieces from a parts bike so that I now have a spare.

I have a 150 and a 250 that both have a 120/70-12 on the front of them. Also, the Roketa page above says 120/70-12, but you do whatever you want.

Go to the page linked by gatekeeper then scroll to the bottom of the page. It is the third item from the bottom.

www.roketa.com/product/2/0/22360.shtmlOn this page it says - Tires,front/rear : 4.00-12 /120/90-10 If you have your old tire you can measure it, width, diameter, etc. and compare it to the new tire. Other than that I don't know what to tell you since I don't know the conversion number for a 4.00-12. Here is what my 2006 JM Star manufacturer BMS Macho Man 250 branded scooter has on it: Front Tire: 120/70-12 Rear tire: 120/90-10 I could check the width of my rims for you to compare with yours.

You still need to make sure it fits on the shaft tight as shown in the thread link above. If it fits too loose then it is the wrong one for your scooter. If it fits tight it is the correct size belt. Below is the picture I am referring to. Does it fit like that, or is it loose?

Look on page one I put up the gears in my Tranny and Mine had 13/40 gears and I put in 16/37 Went 3 up and 3 down. For every 1 gear up and 1 gear down you can expect about 3-4 mph gain depending on your motor. For a stock motor I only recommend 2 up and 2 down otherwise the motor may not have enough power to pull them in the lower range and it may be sluggish getting up to speed. Alleyoop Good info Alleyoop. Where did you buy your replacement gears?

i used the piston itself to push ring into correct position... .008 inches.. or .20 mm both same According to your measurements posted your ring end gap is well within specs. That looks like a .009 inch feeler gauge in the pic, but even at .009 that is just under 23 mm. Did you check top ring, 2nd ring, and the oil ring? You also need to check the ring side clearance. That is the clearance between the ring when installed and the piston groove. One thing you don't want is you ring gaps being close to each other like yours are in your picture. You should stagger them around the piston so as to reduce the chances of oil leaking by them.

You check the ring gap by taking them off the piston, and push them down into the cylinder then measure the gap. The ring should be parallel to the top of the cylinder when you measure the gap. I have included a picture of someone checking the ring gap, and the specs for a Yamaha YP250.
