The gas station clerk's face always goes distorted whenever I ask for $1 in gas to fill up (well, give me more than 1/4 tank) my scooter. They always look out the window to see what is at the pump...anybody have any good stories about their scooters and gas stations?

The pictures were there. It was apparently bought and stored in a shed, never used. The seat still had the plastic coating on it.

Okay, so the craigslist posting was deleted, but I just saw a BRAND NEW 150cc GY6 scooter still WRAPPED IN PLASTIC for $375 OBO. That thing was picked up in less than in hour. Never even got a chance to contact him. The thing even ran. ZERO miles. Too bad I couldn't get it anyways. My dad won't let me get one because they require insurance >.<

The whole inner metal area is magnet. There are no individual magnets that conduct voltage, it appears.

HEY MR THESAURUS ,,, back down off the $20 words will you please,,, us poor mortals get lost when we run into this vernacular of yours,,,,, MR. THESAURUS is kind of ambiguous in terms of who you're referencing, is it not? Although I must divulge that I fancy permeating my vocabulary upon others. It's not like I'm uprooting my words straight from a thesaurus, or anything of that nature. I promise.

Really? I wasn't aware of that Mr.Pernicious Plant. I would like to test that theory out with an impact to that round cranium of yours, I think I could make it fit. I thought you were talking about the nut on the end of the crank. So it's the Allens that won't come out? Too bad my cranium is triangular We got them out of with a drill. We had to still them out. Will investigate more today.

So here is an odd question, whenever I'm on my scooter, it seems like my RPM is limited to about 6-7k when I'm going between 0-55 KPH, but as I reach 60 KPH, the engine RPM picks up to what sounds like 8-9k until I reach 70 KPH. So, what exactly is it about this speed that let's my engine get a bit more power out of it?

I'm not sure if the flywheel goes back that far. We will see. Unfortunately these can't be removed with an impact, because these screws are perfectly round. You can't put an impact on something perfectly round

Well we will verify that once we can get the thing off. Somebody had this thing off before and has applied LOCTITE to the screws. We can't get them out.

I'm unsure what year it is. But it is a Hyosung SF50. Here is the stator diagram I found.

Ah, yes, haha! I get the reference! And like I said, this stator is outputting ZERO voltage.

Actually, I looked up a diagram and it looks like the pickup coil should be behind the stator. Time to go further!
