Okay so my dad and I have concluded that my mounting for my exhaust was just crappily made out of the factory. It's never really held up because there's just too much vibrating. He told me it's just a really bad design. But, we've found an alternative that would most likely work better. But the only problem is I'm having trouble finding one with the right spacing between the bolt holes and such on the header that connects underneath the scooter. This is the type of muffler we're trying to find with the right dimensions as mine www.ebay.com/itm/Mini-Baja-Muffler-196cc-5-5-Hp-6-5-Hp-Warrior-Heat-MB165-Jiangdong-Generators/261131503953?rd=1&ssPageName=mem_guide:1&ih=016&category=11332&cmd=ViewItem It needs to be 66mm in length, 50mm spacing between bolt holes, and the center hole measures 22mm. The one we found, the bolt holes are unfortunately 40mm instead of 50mm. I was wondering if anyone knew of any sites that sold these, they're pretty hard to find seeing as it isn't exactly what pops up when you search muffler, and they don't exactly have a special name that would make finding that particular kind of setup easier than finding the 'traditional' muffler, if that makes sense. If we can't find one, though we're going to search hard before doing so, my dad said he can weld my exhaust header onto it. But we would like to try and find one with my measurements if possible. I was just curious if anyone would be able to help make this search a little easier.

Thanks, it's got a little bit of flake in it so it looks really great in the sun. Yeah, they do. I'm only 100lbs so everything is roughly 300lbs when I'm on it, haha definitely helps with picking up some speed.

Would y'all recommend any specific sites to buy from or that have any, say, smaller pipes/ones without rivets? I have a pretty big pipe on mine now, so I was thinking maybe a smaller one that weighed a little less would help, but it seems to be kind of difficult to find a pipe without rivets. I do agree that they're crap, the pipe I have now, the rivets have shaken loose and cause this horrific vibrating noise lol.

So I've been looking around some online, trying to find an exhaust assembly that would fit my scoot, one that isn't too cheap or stock, and I was just wondering about maybe opinions on this compare.ebay.com/like/271223103351?var=lv<yp=AllFixedPriceItemTypes&var=sbarI'm not necessarily going for looks, although I do like the anodized thing going on, but more so if anyone thinks this would be something good to go with. I'm not able to spend much at the moment, and I do want/need a full exhaust assembly. Like I said before, I do really like how this looks, but of course looks aren't 100% of what I'm going for, more so the quality of the assembly as I want/need something that is going to last and not break in a matter of two weeks to a month like my stock assemblies have.

I haven't posted any pictures of my scoot yet, so I figured while I'm browsing the web for some parts I would go ahead and do so. This is my 150cc Roketa MC-20, or as my friends and I call him, 'Rokky'.

I wasn't too sure where to post this, but I was wondering if anyone knew of any good sites to get a lasting exhaust assembly (preferably performance) for a 150cc Roketa/Chinese scooter. I've had to replace my exhaust pipe twice, both were from the company I got my scoot from and they haven't held up good at all. I figured it would be best to just buy a whole new assembly to make sure everything is the same quality/fits/matches. Also, if anyone knows of a specific exhaust assembly that is good quality, that would be great too. And again, I wasn't too sure where to post this thread so if it's in the wrong place, my apologies haha. I plan on trying to order one today, as my scoot is in the garage with a broken exhaust pipe calling my name.

Hello everyone! I'm new to the forum and though I've grown up around bikes, quads, and scoots, early this year I bought my first scooter, a 2012 150cc MC-20 Roketa. I've wanted my own scoot for about ten years now, and now that I finally got my own two wheels, my scooter has become my pride and joy. My name is Sarah, because of my rainbow hair Ive acquired the nickname Rainbow Bright. I'm 20 years old and I plan on riding til I die!

I was wondering if there are any riders around the central Louisiana area. I can't seem to find many scooter riders here and so most of my riding is along side Harleys lol. Not that there's a problem with that, but it would be nice to ride with some other scooter riders! I myself live in Alexandria, LA, about smack dab in the middle of LA. Looking for some riders that enjoy going on long rides to pretty much anywhere, rather there's a set destination or not!

After one adjustment of the valves, my scooter is running again! Thanks so much everyone for helping me figure this out, haha. I'll definitely be asking you guys again for tips and help. I was a little nervous this being the first scooter I've owned that was street legal, to tinker with its guts. My scooter is my baby, and it when it wanted to commit suicide on me I panicked. But thanks again everyone for helping me out with this.
