every thursday my daughter and i would ride 60 miles to a bike night, wot the whole way, hell i even took her down 690 to speed things up, we were doing 65 and they still pass at 80 lmao.
strip your seat and refoam it, it isn't hard it 's putting on new vinyl that can make it or break it,
change your fluids alot it is cheap, stop and let her cool , but 27 miles is about where i would stop to take a break anyway, you should be good,
foot pegs? need to see your scoot to recommend that?

i used stain that is called gunmetal from minwax, very rich looking stain if you ask me, i had some leftover from my last project, and then i put an outdoor spar varnish on it to protect it, i built this last fall for work, i used all kiln dried 2x10's and made the beams myself, the owner thinks it's too fancy though, thats what happens when ya don't get an architect right , i dropped it off and left it on the porch so he didn't see it, when we went into the house, he was excited we were there to just visit, i said we had a hard time getting in because all the junk he had on his porch, he said what the 2 garbage cans, he had to get up and look he was surprised but no tears, he loved it and i said as i was leaving atleast ya didn't cry, he said he cries when no one can see him, but he did say it brought back memories. hopefully not bad ones,

hey guys , i built this for my buddy and i know jr is a vet and there are a couple others on here also, so maybe they will appreciate it , i built it all out of roughcut wood i found in an attic, i thought it was a hard wood but it is only pine, its hard for me to tell till after i plane it down, oh well it's the thought that counts, i found an oak pallet and used that for his flagholder, i built it faster than it took to get glass and the lettering done.

if you use stripper you run the risk of the chemical ruining your new paint, so sanding or blasting is the way to go
