Hi I Am New To This I Have A 2008 Lance 150 Vintage Scooter Having Trouble With My EC I Put A New One In No Change Where Does It Get Power From ? And I Am Wanting To Know If There Is A Manual Choke Complete Kit With All The Parts You Can Buy ?
