Check the main fuse,,battery terminals ,,,check the battery's charge make sure it's fully charged,,,that's a start,,,oh and check the ground strap to frame terminal,,,that's a common problem

Radiator may be plugged up with the crappy coolant the factory puts in these,,,we had a run of a few scooters with this exact problem a few years ago,,,pull the radiator and flush it out,,,you may find it has gelled coolant,,,one member actually found a rag stuffed in one of the hoses

Get a manual one ,,,Yamaha raptor fits I believe ,,yes fuel in vacuum line means bad diaphragm in the valve
